What is a giclee print? Giclee (pronounced jhee-clay) is French for
to splash or spray. The term is used to describe the printing process
in which millions of droplets of rich, vibrant ink are "sprayed" upon
the canvas.
Why canvas instead of paper? Prints of the master artists have been
available on paper for years, but the latest trend in home decor is
canvas reproductions which are nearly indistinguishable from the
original. Paper prints are cheap to produce but can not compare to the
elegance of a stretched canvas print.
What is gallery wrap? All of our canvases are stretched over a wooden
frame. Gallery wrapping stretches the printed image on the canvas
around sides of the frame. Gallery wrapping shows off the three dimensional
beauty of the artist's canvas and can be hung without a frame.
Can I have my reproductions framed? We do offer framing if that is
the look you want.
How do I order? Retailers can simply go to the order info page, fill
out and print the order form with image # and the desired sizes and

Are all the images on the website? We have more images than are
on the website and are constantly adding to them. If there is a specific
painting you are looking for call and we will let you know if it is
available. Also if you are looking for certain colors or subjects our research team can help
What sizes do the prints come in? Prints can be order in any of our sizes. See the
order info page for more details.
Will the prints fade? We use archival inks to make our reproductions. Every print is also
treated with a UV protectant. These measures insure the long life of your print. As with all
works of art they should be kept out of direct sunlight.
Can I get a catalog? We do offer a catalog of 80 prints for retailers to
show their customers. Catalogs are $15.00 which will be deducted off
your first order.
Can I have artwork I own reproduced? We reproduce artwork for museums, historic homes
and artists. If you or your organization owns
the rights to a piece of art we can reproduce it exclusively for you.
Are prints available unstretched? All of our prints are also available unstretched.
